The idea to frame enterprise-therapy is rooting back to my profession as enterprise architect and the parallel study of psychotherapy back than. Over the years more facets joined the idea and here we are :-)

• background / history: 2012 ... EA in bwin.party, merger with partygaming, culture clash, propaedeutikum with broad spectrum of psychology,ethics, pathology, ... practical training as telephone counselor, person centric therapy (c Rogers)

• idea of changing my career towards psycho therapy

• first ideas of Fusion of EA and therapy

• coo coming in ea room regularly to just talk to us and reflect

• agile transformation blended into this mix

• working with people, teams and leadership

• active listening as door opener
